Since 1906 the cow herd has evolved through continuous selection pressure and uncompromising breeding commitment. Emphasis is placed on growing a fertile dam herd with easy fleshing and excellent udder quality. Structural soundness and phenotype are of utmost importance as the herd is run under commercial conditions on hill country. The result of these efforts has developed one of the strongest cow herds in the country.
